Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create a ScopeAlarm account, we collect your email address and the information you enter into the app: client names, the text of requests you log, and the scope-of-work content you provide for evaluation. If you use the client approval and payment feature, we also store whether a request has been approved and paid.

How we use it

We use this information to run the app: evaluating logged requests against your scope of work, generating client-facing approval pages, sending you billing and activity emails, and providing customer support if you contact us.

Payment information

ScopeAlarm never sees or stores your full card details. Subscription billing and client payments are both processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how that payment data is handled.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers to run ScopeAlarm, each of which processes data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
